Once upon a time, just a good ol' greasy spoon that served ridiculously unhealthy but fantastic diner grub (I used to get hugely greasy eggs here). Torn down about four year ago and has remained untouched until quite recently. No idea what they're building. Back in the early 80's, Jean Michel Basquiat used to live down the street. Fans of bad 90's rock might remember it as the location for much of the video of "Two Princes" by the otherwise deplorably lamentable Spin Doctors.
