I first saw NAIL in the one record store in Dayton Ohio that carried imports. I had to get it, just because of the cover, but once I listened it was the most amazing thing I'd ever heard. This was about 1986, and I've never been the same since. Soon after I ended up working in that same shop after school, and this middle aged couple would come in pretty regularly. He was in heaven in the record store, while the wife was disgusted with the entire place. I still remember her screeching at him "Are you buying another one of those god damn Foetus records?!?!?!?"
