'It's Becoming Harder to Find New York in New York!'

I’ve written about both of these gents here in the past few weeks, but recently stumbled upon the below clips, finding them both respectively speaking on subjects near n’ dear to the heart of Flaming Pablum, so figured I might as well share them here as well.

First up is my friend Kris Needs discussing his days in New York and the first installment of his sprawling compilation Watch The Closing Doors.

Next up is burly Cro-Mags vocalist John “Bloodclot” Joseph with a brief taste of his exhaustive, three and a half hour downtown walking tour, highlighting some of the scenes and sounds of the New York City of yore, liberally peppered with heart-warming anecdotes of drugs, crime and a ludicrous amount of senseless violence.
