Just to close the circle on Friday night (Killing Joke at Irving Plaza), it was -- of course -- an amazing show. Perhaps not as intense a vibe as the 2008 shows, but still amazing to see all four of them up there, especially Big Paul on drums (watching the great man thwack away during "Fall of Because" and "The Wait" were complete highlights for me). I snapped a few shots on my iPhone, but they're honestly kinda crap. Brooklyn Vegan, however, did take some lovely shots. Also, some intrepid soul brought in a Flip cam, shot the below and put it up on YouTube. It's a little shaky, but still quite nice as a tantalizing taste. The set list is under that.
