Curious news item of the day: Turns out the sign on the corner of East 2nd and Bowery (i.e. Joey Ramone Place) is the most-stolen New York City street sign, having been reinstalled four times since 2003. Jokes aside, I’d have sooner assumed the most-stolen sign was Gay Street in the West Village, but go know. Gabba Gabba Hey.
