When Flat was Where It's At

I spotted this nice little find on one of Tim B's many `Net sites (among them Stupefaction, The New York Nobody Sings, the Karate Boogalo Tumblr and I'm sure there are others ... he's a busy one, that Tim), and thought it was quite cool.
