Sharing Some Laughs with Fugazi

To act as a nice little companion piece to that Ian MacKaye interview of a couple of days ago, my colleague Drew forwarded me this curious item from Chunklet today. Though possibly not quite as hilarious as the fabled Venom stage banter tape or the legendarily ridiculous onstage pronouncements made by Kiss' Paul Stanley, this forty-minute compilation of between-song repartee from Ian, Guy & the rest of the Fugazi crew makes for some compelling listening. Being that the band is so often unfairly characterized as po-faced party-poopers, it's refreshing to hear them punctuate their fabled convictions with bursts of profanity and humor.
