Could the noxious Cooper Square Hotel – y'know, that loud, atrocious and inconsiderate eyesore that looms over the Bowery like the erection of some terrifyingly huge robot – be up for sale? I doubt a wrecking-ball would come with it, but hope springs eternal, no?
