Well, I've had tinnitus since October of 1999, so I'm now one of those losers, alas.

What? WHAT? Could somebody get that?

i gave up coffe a few years ago, and have actually noticed the difference.
however, i reckon the reason was coffe was making my body more stressed out, and it was the hyper anxiety/stress that was making the hum worse, not the coffe itself.
naturally, i blame on-u sound system, and the swans for my own situation.

I apologize in advance if this sounds commercial, but I do believe I have something to add here. I am an ENT specialist who has suffered (and still do) from very loud T. After MUCH research I felt that the nutritional supplement route was the only way I was willing to go in terms of long term therapy. No prescription drugs for me. There are a reasonable number of people who can be helped by these supplements but not all will have a good result. You must accept that up front. The major problem with many of the supplements on the market today is that they make promises they cannot keep and they are very overpriced. Quality supplements should not be that expensive. You shouldn't have to spend hundreds of dollars to find out if it will work for you. I have brought a product to market and again, I apologize if this sounds commercial. I take it myself and wouldn't give it up for anything. It has made my life enjoyable again. I have tried to keep the price reasonable because frankly this is simply a sideline for me. I realize how stressful T can be. Lots of information is available at the site:
